Goodwill of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio operates 21 retail stores, two bookstores and two outlets throughout its 10-county service area. Every purchase and donation directly support 30 local outreach programs, including job training, job placement services, access to social services, family-strengthening initiatives and crisis support programs.

Last year alone, Goodwill helped more than 22,000 individuals in our community gain valuable skills and employment opportunities and diverted more than 28 million pounds from local landfills.
